I built it
because I needed it

For almost three years, I’ve been building and refining TattSafe while booking my own clients and keeping track of family life. I made it to work for me as a professional tattooer, with other tattooers in mind.

A portal for your clients.

TattSafe is a dedicated booking and business app for tattooers, coming to the Apple App Store for iPhone and iPad. You manage your schedule, clients and bookings in the app. This live portal is just the client-facing piece.

The web side is for your clients. They open your link in their browser to explore your portfolio, browse flash and services, and request an appointment—without downloading an app. You review each request in TattSafe before confirming it.

Clients can share your portal with friends and family, or optionally add it to their Home Screen for quicker access when they’re ready to book again.

Your artist profile links straight to your booking portal, so clients can easily share your work with friends and family.

TattSafe records payments; payment-provider transactions happen outside the app. Clients can share your public booking portal while keeping their private appointment link to themselves.

PHONE SELF CHECK-IN + TATTDESK

Less check-in admin.
More time for your clients.

Clients scan your event QR code and check themselves in from their own phone. They can choose flash and an eligible artist, enter their details, complete consent and follow their place in the live queue.

Spend less time entering details and answering queue questions. TattDesk keeps check-ins, signed consent and artist assignments together so your team can manage the day as it moves.

Staff verify physical ID before tattooing. Try the built-in practice event before running a live queue.
